01About
Mohsinul Bari Shakir is a technology entrepreneur and engineer who builds intelligent systems for real-world industries. As CEO of Lynkeus — a Seoul-headquartered vision AI and physical AI engineering company — he leads teams that take computer vision, edge AI and IoT from model to machine: traffic enforcement, smart parking, maritime safety and enterprise monitoring.
His path began in research and firmware engineering. With a background in computer science, he published research on medical imaging, IoT and natural language processing — including papers with IEEE and SPIE — and spent his early career on embedded systems and connected devices — including an affordable UV disinfection device developed in Bangladesh during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Since taking his work to Korea in 2021, he has operated at the intersection of engineering and international business development — building industry–academia partnerships, government-to-government and ODA initiatives, and cross-border ventures that connect Korea, Bangladesh and global markets.
Alongside his ventures, he is a Founding and Executive Member of the Anwara Begum – Rafiqul Bari (ABRB) Foundation, which provides free medical treatment for people who cannot afford it, and has supported Save the Children and UNICEF Korea as a donor since 2023.
